We are hiring
Copper Rose Salon & Spa is currently welcoming commission-based stylists to join our in-house team. Starting commission ranges from 45–60%, based on experience, education, and quality of work, with a clear growth plan designed to support long-term success. Our in-house stylists receive ongoing education throughout the year, including Surface and L’ANZA classes, and benefit from flexible scheduling that supports work–life balance. We prioritize stylist well-being by offering a number of complimentary HeadSpa services as part of our commitment to preventing burnout and supporting nervous-system regulation in this industry.
