We are hiring
Copper Rose Salon & Spa is currently welcoming commission-based stylists to join our in-house team. Service commission ranges from 45–60%, based on experience, skill level, and continued professional growth, with a clear path designed to support long-term success. Stylists also receive 20% commission on retail sales, with increases over time based on tenure with the salon.
Our stylists receive ongoing education throughout the year, including in-salon color education and mentorship opportunities when desired. We believe strongly in work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to support a sustainable career behind the chair.
As part of our commitment to stylist well-being, we provide complimentary HeadSpa services to help prevent burnout and support nervous system care within this industry.
