Copper Rose is home to a group of independent stylists who each run their own businesses within our shared space. While they are not employed by Copper Rose, they are an important part of our community and help shape the atmosphere, creativity, and care found throughout the salon.
Each independent stylist operates autonomously; setting their own schedules, services, pricing, and policies, while working within a space rooted in respect, collaboration, and shared values.
This model allows clients to choose a stylist whose work and approach align with their needs, while still enjoying the intentional environment Copper Rose is known for.
Sterling is the owner of Copper Rose and a stylist with a focus on HeadSpa services and intentional client care. She also offers color, cutting, and Hidden Bead extension services, approaching each appointment with thoughtful pacing and clear communication. Her work is centered on creating a calming, restorative experience where clients feel supported, respected, and truly at ease.
